Sweet Mustard Dip – quick, creamy and perfect with roasted vegetables & nuggets

Zutaten

  • 60 g medium-hot mustard
  • 80 g agave syrup
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a tall measuring jug or blender cup.
  • Blend with an immersion blender or mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust if desired with a little more lemon juice, mustard or agave syrup.
