Zutaten
- 60 g medium-hot mustard
- 80 g agave syrup
- 50 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a tall measuring jug or blender cup.
- Blend with an immersion blender or mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust if desired with a little more lemon juice, mustard or agave syrup.
