Korean Gochujang Dip

Savory, slightly sweet and pleasantly spicy: this Korean gochujang dip comes together in just a few minutes and pairs perfectly with crispy finger food, vegetables or rice paper rolls.

Ingredients

Allergens: gluten, sesame, soy

  • 2 tbsp gochujang, vegan
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Optional: 1 garlic clove, pressed

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth and evenly combined.

Serving Suggestion
